PA Need help getting in the military
My son was arrested May 2008 with DUI highest, possession with intent etc.
An agreement to help law enforcement in July 2008 was rescineded 2 months later because he was unable to help. Has been on unsecured bail since July and has passed all his drug tests by his probation officer. Would like to go in the army, however the army says they can not call the DA to confirm his intentions and the DA will not call the army recruiter to verify either. If the DA charges him with possession and paraphernalia he can obtain waivers to get in the army, but the DA will not drop the DUI which means he can never join the army. How can I get the 2 parties to talk to each other? |
