what next?

while absconding from parole i was approached by two men that appeared to be off duty officers they beat the crap out of me arrested me and took me to jail, i then bailed out, when it came time for my court date they had no charges filed against me. almost two years later arrested for doc warrant then got paged two-ed for theft of means.got bailed out again went to arraignment and it got reset to a different court (superior court) then learned of secret indictment cant get a hold of pub. def. f.t.a/bench warrant. what do i do now was also declined discovery at first arraignment
