Child Abuse
I really need help! My brother was charged with child abuse for spanking his son. His wife had him arrested and these charges are very serious and untrue. She told him that she would "get him" and now she has....What can I do?? He cannot afford a lawyer and he is on $150,000 secured bond. I know NOTHING about the legal systems! Please help!

He has to get counsel asap--do not try to handle it alone. get legal aid if you have to.
