Default Failure to Stop, Speed Not Prudent

I represented myself at trial received guilty verdict. Appealed to the
Superior Court lost case remanded back to Tempe Municipal Court. Question
what further legal remedies for I have?
Is a Motion for Retrial too late?
If the State\'s answer to my appeal was 3 weeks past the 30 day dateline set
by the Judge can I appeal the Superior Court\'s decision based on Rule 4?
All the facts were not heard at trial. I did not cross-examine the State\'s
witness and the State introduced a CD that has been the basis of the
decisions against me. A CD I should have objected too because I had not
heard it and did not know what was on it. Also the officer knew he was
recording so he I feel he exaggerated the circumstance to make me & the
situation seem worse than it was.
Charge: Failure to stop , Speed not prudent.
