Miscarriage of justice-can i get copy of statements etc
My son has been convicted of a murder and sentenced to 17 years imprisonment, there were too many incosistencies in the evidence but still he was found guilty.
can i gain a copy of all statements, minutes taken, evidence given so i can start going through all with a fine toothcomb to prove his innocence? |
