Default appeals

I am acting in prose in court of appeals In my trial I was found guilty biggest reason was my attorney did not enter any evidence in my behalf can I ask court of appeal for and order to enter a humane society with my own expert vet to view animals which are evidence attorney ask judge in lower court 3 times for this but she never ruled on it she thur It in with another matter a warrantless search and then never ruled on evidence needed or do Ineed to go back to lower court

Normally not in an appeal...you may want to try to get a law student or legal aid to assist; appeals can be technical. Or file a new suit based on some other cause of action and do discovery there.

you said normally not does that mean that there is a way to get at the evidence not used in trial court thur the appeals process?

judge did not allow evidence that was necessary for our defense we needed to see 30 living dogs with our own expert vet she said she would rule on this matter but then never did letting us go to trial with out this was part of what got us convicted we still need this evidence in case this is returned to trial there must be some way to address this in court of appeals these are living creatures evidence is becoming stale couldn't that be put to court with a motion to produce?
