simple assault
I have a question,
I was arrested on may 25th 2008 for simple assault. I threw a picture frame at the ground and my mom told the police i was throwing it at them. I am 16 years old, i do community service for fun, this is my first offense and Im really scared that im going to have to go to prison... I live in North Carolina... is there a possibility that i will have to go to prison? My court date is on the 24th |
