parole violation hearing question
My fiancee served 90 days in jail last year for dui's, was released on parole/probation, which ends 6/21/08. Unfortunately, due to the suspension of his drivers license, which he needs to do his job as an auto technician, he lost his job, and had a very hard time finding another one. He has just recently started working, thank goodness, but is behind on his payments to court collections because of no job. His probation officer knows all of this, and they are aware that he just started working. He told him that he doesn't have anything to worry about, because they know he wasn't working. He isn't that behind, and I told him he should still make the payments that he is behind, since now he can, even though there is a courtdate scheduled on 6/27 for a hearing for probation violation. My question is, what might happen. Will they put him back in jail for this, or since he is now working, and can make the payment, will they give him the chance to do so. Thankyou.
