IF YOU ARE INCARCERATED AND YOUR GOING TO HEARINGS DAY AFTER DAY AND NOW YOU HAVE A PAID ATTORNEY YOU GO TO TRIAL AND PRODUCE THE EVIDENCE BUT SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE THE EVIDENCE THAT YOU HAVE IS A WITNESS TO THE CRIME THAT YOU ARE BE SO ACCUSED FOR DECIDES TO HIRE THE SAME ATTORNEY THAT IS REPRESENTING YOURSELF. CAN THE ATTORNEY REPRESENT THIS OTHER PERSON EVEN THOUGH THAT PERSON WOULD BE A WITNESS FOR YOUR DEFENSE. THE ATTORNEY WOULD BE REPRESENTING THIS PERSON FOR A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CASE NOT THE SAME AS YOURS?
