Default SENTENCING

IF A PERSON HAS FILED A HABEAS CORPUS WHILE HE IS GOING TO TRIAL AND NOW HES SENTENCED BUT THE HABEAS CORPUS STILL ISN'T HEARD AND NOW YOU HAVE PAST THE 60 DAYS FOR THE HABEAS CORPUS RULING, SO THEN YOU FILE A NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR RULING ON BEHALF OF THE HABEAS CORPUS AND IT COMES BACK DENIED WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP ONE CAN TAKE?
