Default Help

I was convicted of a aggravated DUI and sentenced to four months in the county jail( mandatory in our state- this was my first offence), in Maricopa County, Arizona. I was eligible and am currently serving four months in the work furlough program. i would like to know if it is possible to switch to work release or a house arrest in the midst of serving. You see, that they charge me weekly to be in the furlough program. I am not working, but going to school and I am going into the hole financially. If it is possible, how does one go about requesting this change?
