Confused Lic.

I am a mexican lawyer and teacher of criminal procedure in an university in Mexico. The criminal procedure in our country are been reforming, and are introducing the oral trial. As you know, the intend is abandon the inqusitorial and adopt the accusatorial sistem. So, all the students and the lawyers in criminal law and procedures need to learn and understand the accusatorial and adversary system, the theory of the case, the oral argumentation and the cross-examination.

I would ask you to help me and recomend material and free sources (books, articles, sites, etc) about this topics, I really apreciate your help. Thank you. My e-mail: jorge.mata@live.com.mx

You might take a look at the criminal law section of the world law site.

Some summaries of popular site user topics exist there.
