I am currently doing an assignment at school on probability and proof. To be able to do this assignment i need to know the following:
What does Not Guilty really mean? What probability determines Reasonable Doubt? What is Double Jeopardy? Thank you |

Gulity means you did the crime.
Reasonable Doubt means you may have done the crime but the state could not prove it beyond a Reasonable Doubt. Double Jeopardy means you cant be tried for the same crime twice. Example I get tried for a stolen car. And found not gulity. The state cant refile the stolen car charges and try me again |
