Requesting a new judge
Can anyone tell me how to request a new judge in the state of Wisconsin? I will be on trial in a few days and only recently was informed that I can request a new judge without needing a reason (and therefore the need to prove anything). However, I have absolutely no clue as to how to do this. I have spent days researching and cannot find any information on the process.
Any help, advice or direction in this matter would be greatly appreciated. |
