im a resident of WI but in Iowa. I will be leaving with a day and have been dodging the chance for them to issue me a subpoena to testifty in an OWI case were I was just a witness. I was wondering if I get to WI can Iowa still subpoena me to show up in court? and will they pay for lost wages, traveling costs or lodging? Thanks so much
