"Lost In Just-Us System"
I was charged with; PC 666, PC496, PC459, PC594(B)(1), and a various aray of Misdermeaner charges. ? My Question is ? ; Can a person be charged with a "Petty Theft" and a "2nd. Degree Burglary" at the same time?
