Default debt

i have no job and no money and no fixed address... bill collectors are calling me constaly..(my parents) and i had a visa 5 years ago and never paid a cent on it. I used it for my rent..i had some issues with substance abuse but i am now out of rehab. will ihave to pay money or should i claim bankruptck

For now they will not be able to collect even if they sue you and win, so you have some time to work on solutions and find a job etc.
