do you need your parents in court with you if your under 18?

Yes, unless you have become an "emancipated minor/youth"-basically divorcing yourself from your parents. Anothing thing; when law enforcement bozo's take you back to their facilities and/or arrest you they are supposed to contact one or more of your parents or legal guardians. In addition to that they are supposed to get the consent of a parent or legal guardian before they interrogate you-AND NO, there are no such things as police interviews or conferences those are just bull[BOOP] euphamisms to trick your [BOOP] into thinking that they "want to helllp yoooo" !!!

cause i got arested a week ago and they didnt tell my parents, and they still dont know, and the cop never sais anything about my parents.
