Default PLEA DEAL AND FALSE STATEMENTS

If a judge accepts a plea deal and allows a plea of no contest and enters an "adjudication witheld" desicion BUT, that deal was based on an Attorney's false statement in court on behalf of the victim that he was aware of and had agreed to the deal( and it is proveable that he did not want the deal) and a large part of the judges acceptance of the plea was based on the defendant's false statements in court that they only had one previous misdemeanor conviction when in fact it is five documented misdemeanor convictions and 3 other arrests, is this grounds for the judge to rescind the plea deal and order a trial or impose another sentence?
