reopen case
in my ex wifes felony child neglect case I just listened to the court recording as I am fighting for full custody in a civil court and I learned that to obtain a plea agreement of no contest and probation she lied under oath about a number of matters but primarily when asked by the judge if she had any misdemeanors her reply was no, when in fact she had been convicted of 3 DUI'S and 2 Battery offences and had been taken into police custody at least 3 other times. He allowed the plea deal not knowing this.
Can a case be reopened if lies like this were told, as a conviction would almost would make it certain that I would win custody. Is it possible to get the case reopened or should I just bring this up in civil court? |

You can bring that to the attention of the court and prosecutor and that is reason to revoke a plea and impose a harsher sentence, if they want to do so.
