Can Previous time served for same offense be applied?
My partner is currently serving time for violation of parole. He served a month years ago for the same offense. Can that previous time served be applied to this instance? His probabtion officer said she thought it has happened int the past. We are in NY.

revocation of probation
my friend was on probation for a buglary charge. He was doing good for a year and then he started having a drug problem he went to report to his probation and his urine was dirty she placed him in a drug program they he was suppose to start on monday but on saturday he went to jail for a possession of crack cocaine. DO YOU THINK THEY WILL REVOKE HIS PROBATION? WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN?
