please help
my partner has been in prison for 7 months on remand, he is up in court soon for sentencing, i was wondering how long you think he would get for 1 abh and 1 battery,he was invited into someones house and he beat a lad up, he also punched another lad, he is 18 years old he committed the crime at the age of 17 yrs old,i was wondering how long you think he would get,

i forgot to say the reson this happend is because the lad he hit punched me in the stomach whilst i was pregnant
