Whats gonna happen?

Okay im gonna make it as short as possible:

People:

(lets go by numbers):

1: age 15 (me)
2: age 14
3: age 16
4: age 14
5: age 15

Okay I was at 2's house and we were in his shack listening to music at about 1 AM. Then 3 just lives next door, he got in a fight with his mom and whenever that happens he takes his anger out on breaking things. He knocked on the shack door and we opened it. He had a baseball bat in his hands, he asked us to come with him and bring our BB guns. We said okay, but we weren't gonna shoot anyone or anything with them. We walked to this place that has a huge gas tank and a shack and meters right by it. Well he broke the windows out of the shack with the baseball bat. Then he took the BB guns and started shooting the door and some other stuff. Now here comes the part where me and 2 where being stupid. 3 said he didn't know how to reload the guns. so we reloaded the Co2 and BBs for him and threw the empty ones on the ground. Then 3 said he was gonna shoot some meter and something else or something. And 2 said that it was a gas meter that it might blow up or something. And 3 said he was gonna do it anyway. So me and 2 ran all the way back to 2's house cuzz we didnt know what was gonna happen. About 45 mins later 3 comes to 2's house and gives us the guns back then goes home. Then in the newspaper it says a really expensive gauge/meter got shot out. then the cops put a camera at the place. Well the next day or two. Me and 2,3,4,5 where walking to 2's house and it got pictures of us walking. We all went walking around town till like 11:30 PM, taking pictures on 5's phone and just messing around. Then the next day a cop comes to my school and questions all of us. I said I didn't know what they were talking about to all the questions. the cops were also being pricks and threating us with conspiracy charges and stuff so 2 said that he did everything and wrote a false-statement admitting to everything just because he didn't wanna see his friends get in trouble. I don't know what 3 said to cops. 4 refused to talk to them. and 5 told them that me and 2 did it. Well the next day I went to their house and asked them about it. 4 said that he was gonna do the same thing as 5 and say that me and 2 did it. I asked why he would do that and he said that the cops told them if they give information that they wont get charged. So they turned in their friends for them selfs. Then about 2 days later 3 moved out of town. He moved far away. Then 5 turned his phone over as evidence. the cops said that their was audio on it of me saying that I did it. Now im pretty sure that they worded wrong or took it out of context. So we are trying to get 2's statement revoked. But we had to go talk to a judge and they are gonna set a court date. so its just me and 2 getting charged for it. Its my first offense and 2's second offense. Cuzz 2 had broke into a building and got half year of probation+community service. The juvenile officer said I will probably get 6-12 months of probation and community service and 2 will get the same, But he may get worse, maybe juvee. But thats if we get charged. So all this time we told the cops lies pretty much to cover for somone who WAS our friend. But we never told the truth after him 4, 5 said we did it. Because we told EVERYONE we didn't know anything and we havnt wanna tell the truth because then everyone would know we lied to them in the first place. So me and 2 are gonna tell the EXACT truth. The thing is though, the court is trying to hold the case for until my birthday in November so I will be 16 and they can trial me as an adult, so I got some questions.

1. If im charged for it what do you THINK I will get as punishment?
2. Same as 1 but for person 2...?
3. Is mine and 2's statement of the truth and the fact that 3 ran from town enough to get him pulled into it?
4. If they trial it as everything that really happened, me and 2 as assisting 3 in a crime (for letting use guns and being there and reloading them) and 3 really doing the crime, what will be the punishment for all three of us?
5. If they fully charge me and 2 when im 16 how bad could it be?
6. If they charge me with assisting in a crime when im 16 how bad could it be?

i dont think you will go to prison as its only your 1st offence,i know some one that has done alot worse than that and got a supervision order,if you were 18 then they would trial you as an adult, i dont think you should worry to much

Yea, but they can trial me as an adult at 16 and thats what they are trying to do =/

legally they can yes if the judge agrees...but normally they would not
