Suspended Imposition.
does suspended imposition work for federal cases?? cuz i'm gettin charged for conspiracy to distribute marijuana and its my first offense..... do you think suspended imposition would work for my federal case??

They can fashion a deal with you that is equivalent to that in some cases.
You should have counsel help negotiate this for you. Do not handle this yourself. It is much easier to work something out if legal counsel is involved. |
