Default Pleading of traffic ticket, Nolle Prosse, Dismissed
If a subject pleads Youthful Offender, does he still pay fines and court costs?
If a case or traffic ticket is Nolle Prosse or Dismissed, are there supposed to be ANY charges the subject has to pay?

You normally don't pay if dismissed but any plea could very well include costs.

The magistrate is putting NP or Dis on the tickets. From what I understand it is supposed to be like it never existed, but yet court cost is applied by her.What about Youthful Offender? I know it does not go on your record, but do they pay a fine?
