Confused ticket mess

Does my son need a lawyer? He got a speeding ticket last March in another county and then never paid it. A warrant for his arrest at some point after that (I am unclear on all the details). He then did not renew his driver's license in June due to the unpaid ticket and is now driving around without a valid license and I suspect no current insurance. What needs to happen first to sort out this mess? A Concerned Parent

Default Re: ticket mess

That warrant needs to be resolved and frankly it does help to have counsel deal with that kind of issue. It is much easier for the lawyer to negotiate a solution.
