Out Of Date Inspection
I was driving home from work and was pulled over by a city police officer. I
was then cited because I had a out of date inspection sticker. Witch is fine, due to the fact that it was out of date. 2 days later I had gotten pulled over again by a differant city police officer for the same thing. A out of date inspection sticker. Is there a grace period from the time of the first citation that law enforcement has before they can ticket you again for a out of date inspection? Since they honestly cant expect me to get it fixed right there and then in the middle of my work week. |
