Can I challenge a red light violation - California
California
I was stopped for apparently running a red light but I am pretty sure my car was over the lines prior to the light changing to red. Should I challenge this, and if so, how do I go about challenging it? There are going to be at least 336 reasons to challenge it, and I think I'm right but this is a case of my word vs the cops' word, so that's a tough one to win. |
