Speed Trap/Stop sign Trap
I was wondering if it is legal for a los angeles police officer to hide with his motorcycle parked on the sidewalk when looking for traffic violations. His bike was in the middle of the sidewalk, and a bush was between the sidewalk and street so he was well hidden.
