I got tickets in MO for driving with a Tx license and a KS registration. I am a MO resident but am here (partially) for school. Does that fact give me a break at all? Or, should i just pay the tickets?
I wonder because I went to TX for undergrad and never received tickets for KS registration or license. Thanks for any help. |

I should add that everything was up-to-date. Both license and registration. I've lived in MO for about 1.5 years and been in school for the last .5 year.

Being there for school only does not always require a local state license. You are not a resident under many states' rules.
Call the DMV and/or police dept to discuss. |
