No Date On My Ticket

No Date On My Ticket
My ticket says to appear within 10 days, but there is no date on the ticket...It has been 14 days and the court still has not received any info on the ticket.
If the ticket finally shows, by the officer never putting the date on it, is it a cause for dismissal? |
