Lightbulb I was wondering about failure to appear

I received a speeding ticket, missed court, received a failure to appear on that ticket.I did not have my insurance card at the time but I provided it later. They still stuck me with 2 failure to appears. I paid one but I am debating on whether or not to pay the other one because it is steep (265.00).Do I have any grounds for it's dismissal or reduction or am I just stuck?Any help would be appreciated.I am in TX.Thankyou,
Teresa
