This weekend I was cited twice for underage drinking (Wisconsin Statute 125.07). This happened within 20 hours of each other, on the same day.
My BAC was .054 for the first citation and .098 for the second if it matters. Could I get the second citation dropped because it was on the same day, well within 24 hours? This was non-traffic btw. |

With an attorney, you might be able to have the two offenses combined into one case. They could plea bargain for you to plead guilty to one charge if they drop the other.
