Exclamation Liscense reinstatement

I was wondering how you can get your liscense back after a court order for it. I was told that the circuit clerk does'nt always send your vacating order to the secretary of state's office and you have to do it yourself. I am trying to have my liscense validated as soon as possible and am wondering exactly what I need to do?? if you could tell me anything about this i would appreciate it, thank you.

Call the court or DMV and ask for the procedures to do this in your state. You may have to get a copy of the court order and send it to the department yourself.
