DMV Blues Again ?

After being a sober person now for nearly 10 yrs and back on my Pchyco Meds and getting the Green light from Probation And after shelling out the 1150.00 for the Civil penalty's for saying NO to the Drunk test and all the other Fee's and Sub charges, I go to the New York DMV and re take everything including my permit test . That I pass. The Nice lady is just getting ready to take My money and stamp my permit with AOK when her computer terminal says some B.S. crap about something that took place 1n 1982 and now She can't give Me my Permit or my anything until I fix the Maine problem first So I call the Person that the New York DMV lady gave Me to call in Maine and she tells Me that I need to call this other person in Rockland Maine where the original problem Occurred So I get on the phone with This other person in Rockland Maine, Where She proceeds to make Me feel as if I'm an escaped Murdering Baby killer from hell and How I should come right up there and turn myself in and Blah Blah Blah and how I can be arrested at any minute because I'm a Wanted Man ? I even mentioned to her that this was a 25 yr old Issue.... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME <
