Smile traffic question oregon: i got a ticket for fail to obey traffic control device

i got a ticket for fail to obey traffic control device (811.265) the thing is i never saw the light turn red.
so i don't think im guilty so i went ahead and got the video from the police station in the video the police officer is traveling down waverly he is about 200-300 ft away from the intersection were i am which i am on queen so he is at a 90% angle from me in the video as im turning left i pass the crosswalk and his light turnes green he has no view of my signal.
so what my question is can he give me a ticket if he has no view of my traffic signal only view of his own

I wish to inform you that a traffic police may give a ticket. In this regard the person can know by seeing signal of his side as to the likely signal at opposite side. You may however contest this ticket on the ground that you have not violated law. When you crossed at that time signal got changed and in this the officer at other end did not come to know about correct situation as very small time is involved to judge signal at opposite end. You mainly have to show that you were not at fault.
