|
seat belt ticket under court supervision
I recentnly had a DWLS and the charges are almost done (awaiting courtdate) after the first court date I was placed under supervison. While riding in my friends car the other day, i got a seatbelt ticket. Does this ticket go on my record? does it matter that i wasnt driving just a passenger? will it effect when i get my liscence back? If anyone knows anythng about this please let me know, thanks

Check with your DMV but normally that will not strike against your license being reactivated.
