I received a ticket for driving without valid insurance. however after leaving
the scene I realized that the officer had written the ticket out wrong. He actually charged me with \"driving WITH valid insurance\". My question is if he wrote the ticket out wrong can I have this charge dropped due to an incorrectly written ticket? |
