speeding ticket around 50 in 35 zone LA CA

I got a speeding ticket around 50 in 35 zone.. Looking at the ticket one letter in my vehicle license plate number is wrong or not legible. Is this usable for dismissal??

I wish to inform you that for dismissal of a ticket you have to show that there has been some material information which is incorrect. Material information may be such an information which shows that either it was not your car or you were not violating rules. One letter on your number plate may not be sufficient to dismiss ticket unless you are able to show with this that you had not violated the traffic laws. You may show this if there is a fault in place of over speeding or other material details.
