Not Speeding in Alabama: Can we fight the ticket and the State Trooper?

My wife was pulled over, officer never asked "do you know why I pulled you over". Never told her how fast she was going. Just kept referring to her being on the phone (repeatedly)! Then told her, he put her down for 59 in a 45 to keep it under 15mph. The ticket says radar device was used, not sure he even clocked her, knowing the location she was pulled over at. The report also says at or near an intersection, that doesn't even exist (road name is not correct Richardson instead of Robinson). Richardson does not exist. Can we fight this ticket and the State Trooper, and have a chance to win? Since he doesn't even know where he is at. Was she speeding, who knows. Was she speeding at the intersection he state on the ticket, NO she wasn't! Is this worth the effort?

I wish to inform you that you may contest the ticket. In this, your wife may argue that she was not speeding. Further, she can show the fact of wrong facts about place and description to show that the police officer had wrongly issued her a ticket. Your wife may also argue regarding use of radar device. It may be argued that no radar device was seen when the ticket was issued.
