NYS - Reference to laws pertaining to training and matience

I am trying to prepare my case, I have requested information for both the officer's training records, and the maintenance logs of the radar gun used. A friend told me that if I was going attempt to motion for dismissal based on lack of discovery (if they never give me the info), not present at the trial, out of date, or not properly calibrated, that I should be ready to cite the exact law pertaining to my motion of dismissal, or else the judge may just ignore me.

I was wondering If anyone had sections of the law, or some links that I can print out and bring with me. Thanks for you time.
