I am trying to prepare my case, I have requested information for both the officer's training records, and the maintenance logs of the radar gun used. A friend told me that if I was going attempt to motion for dismissal based on lack of discovery (if they never give me the info), not present at the trial, out of date, or not properly calibrated, that I should be ready to cite the exact law pertaining to my motion of dismissal, or else the judge may just ignore me.
I was wondering If anyone had sections of the law, or some links that I can print out and bring with me. Thanks for you time. |

search the new york rules of civil procedure for motion to dismiss
perhaps also try looking at the forms on the site here--there is no charge to see the forms and citations therein etc |
