careless driving in alberta

i was visiting some freinds at a campground one night and left and right after i left a friend of mine gave me a phone call that informed me that the conservation officer that had been giving us problems earlier for hanging out on the beach was coming after me. i then seen him in my rear veiw mirror coming towards me at a high rate of speed with no emergency lights activated. he flicked on his lights just as he got close to my rear bumper. i then turned off highway and pulled over. he said he was giving me a careless driving charge because he had six WRITTEN REPORTS that i almost hit some people walking. he also told me since i was cooperating he would not arrest me for doing so. he also admitted he had been doing 160km/h . do i got a case since i dont think its physically possible to get six written reports with in thirty seconds and the fact he did not directly catch me and where do i get the transcript for the incident.

If you think he has NO evidence you were causing a problem then force him to prove his case in court!
