Speeding Ticket
At my trial, can I use a motion to dismiss due to denial of a right to a speedy trial based on the fact that my trial is 6 months after i mailed in my ticket and "Not Guilty" plea?

You certainly can try that as one of your defenses but the judge is likely to reject that.
