How can I beat a speeding ticket received out of my state
I received a speeding ticket in Williams, AZ just after my visit to the Grand Canyon. It was about lunch time, so I decided to explore William county a little bit and find a small place for lunch. I didn't notice about speed sign, when I was stopped by the police officer. He told me that I was driving at ca. 62 mph on road with a speed limit of 35 mph!
The speeding fine is 294 dollars! I'm from Boston area. My auto insurance is already about 800 for 6 months. I couldn't think of it after I accepted this speeding ticket. Therefore, I definitely want to fight for my pocket. However, I won't have time to show up in the court in Arizona. Can anyone please tell me what should I do? Or can anyone please provide me some contacts of legal help? Oceans of thanks! |
