Red light ticket but not me driving

A friend of the family didnt come to a compleat stop in my vehical. The ticket was issued to me but is not me in the photo. I would like to fight it without giving up the name of the person that was actually driving and to my knowledge it is my right to do so. And to be honest it took me a while to figure out who it was

Well i recieved the bail price today and it is 532
What would be my next plain of action? I have heard that in order to do trial by decleration I must send the bail money with the decleration, Witch i do not want to do because i am seeing them just taking my money.

Would i need to take this to a trial?

Subpoena them and force them to appear and admit the blame.

They should pay the ticket.

Im aware that i can make them pay ,but to my understanding it is within my right to testify not guily without revieling the driver. Im not a cop and its not my job to tell who it is. It is obviosly not me so i am clearly not guilty and the fact that i " dont" know who the driver is does not change that
