Driving under suspension in Ohio
I was recently in court over a DWS infraction. There were no additional charges and I plead not guilty. My pretrial is set for the 13th. I start a new job on the 12th that was VERY hard to get and I don't want to screw it up. I cannot miss any time in the first 12 weeks! Would it be advisable to try to set a meeting with the prosecutor prior to the 12th and offer to plea to driving without having obtained an operator's license (a lesser misdemeanor) in the interest of keeping this job?
