highway construction zone had no sign
I was told I was driving through a construction zone by the officer that stopped me. I did not see any sign stating -- there was none. Can I fight it and win?

You can fight that yes.
It will help if you have photos or other witnesses that can corroborate what you say--and to help prove that you didn't just miss it somehow, |
