The Cop Did Not Use a Radar Gun.
I was pulled over going the flow of traffic. The cop that pulled me over, simply followed me for a while. he did not clock me, he just wrote down an estimated speed of 85 in a 65. Is this better for my case or worse? I am going to fight this!

Well you could make him defend his actions, but the presumption will be he tried to match your speed with his own speed--if he did not have a radar for some reason...
