On 75 limit i was doing about 90~100mph, and the cop wrote 26 over, which is 340$. is it possible to go to court and ask to lower it to 25 over that wll cost me 240$ just 1 mph less
its my 2nd ticket and 340 is way too much for me to pay |

100 mph is criminal speeding. You are very lucky you were not arrested.
If a ticket for speeding is too much for you to pay, don't speed. Surely you must realize that 90-100 mph is absolutely unnecessary. If this is your second speeding ticket, the first didn't teach you to obey the law. You will not get the ticket reduced. Be lucky you aren't facing jail time. |
