Default DWLS loud music from vehicle 1st amendment violation

While pumping gas at a local station ,I'd left my radio playing some music with a political message (Rage Against the Machine). It wasn't loud ,or booming in my opnion, yet I was stopped by the deputy that was giving me dirty looks when pumping my petrol. More to the point I was told I was driving while license suspended with knowledge. Let's take a look at a bit of legaleaseee the language the law society uses to confound the layman. A person must have a driver license, but a persone is defined as a fiction not a sovereign freeborn man , or woman. A fiction is a corporation. So no statute can apply to you the sovereign unless you consent to it. By giving your name and address you have unwittingly entered into joinery , or contract with anyone simply by signing their name. It appears on the surface that there is implied consent that by your signature you're fully aware of what you are signing and all of its implications. The end result is that I was arrested not given Miranda and posted a cash bond. Now I received a jail release with a court date on the document but no notice to appear, no summons, no subpoena, so what are my rights? If I enter a plea in court I place myself (person fiction) in their jurisdiction. Juris meaning status and diction meaning use of words. My question is where in common law from the US constitution does it say that i must pay a fee to recieve a document that allows me to travel in an automoblie? I am a natural freeborn Citizen of Il. residing within the boundries of FL. one of the 50 sovereign states of the Union. By the way the trem registration is a transfer of ownership to whom ever you register with, hence you own registration of birth this is where the fiction , not the freeman is replaced in order for you to think you are free.

Respectfully in truth and liberty,

I agree it's all a pain.

By the way they don't have to read you your Miranda rights. And they often don't. They cannot use your statements against you however, that's all.

What kind of gobblede**** are you rambling about?

If noise is excessive, you can be cited. It's really as simple as that.

If you were driving without a license, you were breaking the law. Again, it's as simple as that.

The officer did his job correctly.

Thumbs Down Re: DWLS loud music from vehicle 1st amendment violation

So you had a license but it was suspended, right? And i am assuming that about the time you were arrested is when you decided that you should be able to drive without a license because of your constitutional rights? Obviously when you first went down to the DMV and tested for your license you didn't find it unnecessary.
This has to be the most farfetched excuse I have ever heard, and I have 4 teenagers, I thought i had heard them all.
